This class is a fast-paced review of Scrum and deep dive into the mechanics of the process. We are able to seat teams together if preferred but encourage groups to separate and hear from others. Be sure to ask about group discounts!
While there are advantages to certain company-specific issues in the course, we encourage companies to train teams through the public class. Because the class is intense, it’s good to learn the practice of Scrum without losing focus on trying to solve problems back at the office. There are tremendous cost savings associated with public class rather than private, and we manage the logistics of running the operations of the class. It enables participants to really step away from the office and dedicate time to learning rather than getting pulled out to meetings. Public classes a offer unique chance to learn from the creator of Scrum, Jeff Sutherland.
