Scrum Assessment Checklist

Several people have asked me for the Scrum Checklist we have used for years, created by Henrik Kniberg at Crisp in Stockholm. The earlier version was a mindmap. The current version is a Scrum Checklist.

I've used it for assessment in OpenView Venture Partners portfolio companies by asking teams to evaluate themselves on each item on a scale of 1 to 10. I've found that our teams are very honest about their current capabilities and the results very useful.
