Scrum Inc. had a busy week at Agile2104. Our COO Alex Brown kicked things off mid-week with a comprehensive talk on how leadership works in an Agile context. Shortly after his presentation, Jeff Sutherland launched his new book Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time at the Version One booth during the vendor happy hour. It was a huge success. Hundreds of people, including SAFe creator Dean Leffingwell (pictured here with Jeff,) gathered around for a chance to get an autographed copy. (Mr. Leffngwell obviously succeeded.)
