The first French Scrum User Group meeting was a great success and we had more people than the room could hold. I reported on the Scrum Gathering in Orlando and reviewed some of the highlights of that meeting. The major focus was on the architecture presentation that Jim Coplien and I delivered in Orlando. It was great fun to talk about the dramatic difference between those teams that take the red pill (that Morpheus offered Neo in the Matrix), and the blue pill that most people take. This creates two radically different Agile worlds out there.
