Registered Gen AI Training
REGISTERED GEN AI PRACTITIONER CLASS DESCRIPTION
Generative AI is transforming how organizations innovate and operate. The Registered Gen AI Practitioner (RGAP) course is a focused, one-day immersive experience designed for professionals ready to harness AI to accelerate productivity, fuel innovation, and lead responsibly in an AI-driven world.
Participants will gain the skills needed to design and deploy custom GPTs, master prompt engineering, integrate AI into workflows, and identify and manage AI-related risks. You’ll learn how to evaluate and apply the latest GenAI tools — including ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral, Perplexity, and custom AI Agents — to solve practical business challenges.
The course also provides a grounding in ethical and responsible AI use, model comparison, and emerging technologies so you leave ready to lead impactful AI experiments and drive adoption within your teams.
By the end of the day, you’ll be equipped to design and deploy GenAI solutions, guide your team through AI-driven experiments, and make informed decisions about AI adoption in your organization. There are no prerequisites.

As a Registered GenAI Practitioner you will be prepared to:
- Explain core concepts of Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including how tools like GPT, Claude, and Gemini work and where they’re applied.
- Apply foundational prompt engineering tactics to generate reliable, high-quality outputs across multiple platforms.
- Design and deploy custom GPTs to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Compare leading AI platforms –such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Meta’s LLaMA–and understand how to select the right tool for the task.
- Identify the role of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in producing more context-aware AI outputs and how it influences AI applications.
- Explore the concept of AI agents, how they differ from assistants, and evaluate their potential business applications.
- Lead AI-driven experiments within your teams to encourage adoption, innovation, and responsible AI practices.
