What forms of payment do you accept?

What is the Scrum Master by Scrum Inc. exam like?
The test consists of a combination of multiple-choice and true/false questions. It will take approximately 60 minutes to complete. You’ll be required to demonstrate your understanding of key Scrum elements, including:
- General Scrum Knowledge
- Scrum Roles
- Scrum Meetings
- Scrum Artifacts
All of the topics on the exam will be covered during class. The cost of the test is included in the cost of the course. The exam is pass/fail and there are two free attempts paid by the trainer. The third attempt costs $25. The exam must be taken within 30 days of attending the course. Candidates must complete all course sessions and miss no more than 2 hours of class to receive a credential.
Is there a cost to renew my credentials?
How do I reset my password to ScrumLab?
Yes, PMPs can receive 16 PDUs for our courses, and 1 PDU for every hour spent taking our online courses.
Scrum Inc. is not a pre-approved PMI education provider, but your time spent at our courses can be claimed as PDUs. To learn how to claim your PDUs, visit the How to Submit PDUs for Courses & Training page on the PMI website. The bold text under Step #3 explains how to claim credit for classes and training offered by third-party providers.

How should I dress?
Most attendees wear business casual, jeans are fine. For live-online courses, most students wear business casual as well.
Do I need a computer for class?
For our live-online training, you must have a computer, stable internet connection, access to Zoom (for audio and camera) and Mural.
What time does the course begin?
All course schedules are listed on the course registration page. Please check the specific course that you are interested in attending. For participants seeking to earn the credential, you cannot miss more than 2 hours of the course. Be sure to note the time zone and set your calendar reminders appropriately.

Don’t worry, as long as you didn’t pay twice, we will delete your duplicate registration. If you paid twice, please let us know and a refund will be processed in full.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund if you cancel two-weeks before the start date of the class. Thereafter, we will happily transfer your registration to another date or give you credit to register for a future class.
Can I transfer my registration?
Yes, we can move you to another class. You can also transfer your registration to another person. Please contact us to transfer.
